Airy and bright,our two bathroom Luxury Villas are perfectly located overlooking the Sunlagoon Pool. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with a LCD TV and an ensuite bathroom which has a built in laundry. In the spacious second bedroom there are two sets of double bunks and a fold out sofa bed in the lounge. All linen and bath towels are included.
Modern full kitchen including dishwasher, microwave/convection oven and large fridge. Facilities include large LCD colour televisions, Austar TV (ten channels), split system air-conditioning, private barbeque and outdoor setting on the patio. Adjacent parking. Sleeps up to eight (8).

Important Notes
- While all care and consideration has been taken the tariffs are subject to change without notice and should be used as a guide only.
- Deposits must be paid within seven days of booking. A deposit of $150.00 is required on all accommodation. With Condos and Luxury Villas a deposit of $300.00 is required.
- Full refund given with a minimum of 24 hours notice, excluding high/peak periods where seven days notice is required.
- For stays of 7 nights or more a 10% discount will apply, excluding high, peak and rack periods
- Tariffs quoted are per night for one or two people for 2 or more nights. One night stays will incur a 30% surcharge.
- Minimum stays may apply during high and peak periods.
- Check in time 2pm and check out 10am.
- Children's cots and highchairs available $10 per stay.
